Orders will be processed and shipped 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will be notified via email once your package is sent along with your tracking number. 

EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase but know that some things just do not work out! Let us help you! Please note that you are welcome to exchange your item(s) for in store credit up to 21 days from the date your order was received. 

EXCHANGE QUALIFICATIONS: 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Must have receipt of purchase. 
  • Original packaging with tags attached. 
  • Item may not be worn, washed, or damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item in order to be considered for return authorization. 
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable items. 
  • All Sale/Clearance items are final sale. Unfortunately, no refund will be granted. 
  • Taxes and shipping/handling are not eligible for exchange credit. 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

We have a 21-day return policy from the date you received your item.  Exchanges must be initiated within those 21 days from the date your order was received. Please follow these guidelines to complete your exchange. 

Step 1: Email mytrendsterboutique@gmail.com to initiate exchange. Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed and store credit is offered! Please indicate in the subject line: EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION REQUEST. Trends'ter will email you with further instructions on your exchange. 

EMAIL BODY (MUST INCLUDE):

  • 1. Full name
  • 2. Original order #
  • 3. Original order date 
  • 4. Item(s) you would like to exchange
  • 5. Reason for exchange 

Step 2: Trends'ter Boutique will respond to your email within 3 business days acknowledging your exchange request. If you meet the qualifications for the exchange, you will be instructed how to send your item back.  

Step 3: Pack your item. Place your authorized return item (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with tags still attached, in the mail. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Once approved, we will notify you and process your in store credit. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you via email that we have received your returned item and if the returned item has been approved or rejected. This will occur within 5 business days of receiving your item.
